Talking to My Past Traumatized Selves: Self-Validation Practice (Video)

In this video, I discuss the two voices that live in our minds: the ego and the Higher Self. A major component of the ego is the past traumatized self, or past self, that projects past experiences it had in order to protect the current version of us. I talk about the self-love practice I use to self-validate my past trauma for myself and also maintain (not make an enemy of!) the ego.
